The terms, in plain text
- Currency and billing period
- Prices are in US dollars and are charged every month, not annually. There is no annual plan and no setup fee.
- Renewal
- Billed every month on the date you subscribed. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month until you cancel. You will be reminded before a payment, and a receipt is sent after each one.
- Cancellation
- Cancel any time from your billing page or by email. Access continues to the end of the month you already paid for, and the plan does not renew. Cancelling is available from your billing page, or by email to support@milani-cosmetics.com.
- The free trial
- 14 days of the Studio plan, with CSV export and up to five users included, so you can test the parts you would be paying for. No card is asked for and the trial does not become a paid plan on its own.
- When the trial ends
- Your catalog, stock history and monthly reports stay readable, and you can still sign in. Editing stops until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.
- Changing plans
- Moving up to Studio adds users and CSV export straight away. Moving down to Solo takes effect at the start of the next month, so you keep what you have already paid for.
- Tax
- Any sales tax that applies to your purchase is shown before you are charged, on top of the prices above.
- Paying by card
- Card payment is not switched on yet. Until it is, the app shows no Subscribe button and takes no card details at all, and subscribing is arranged by email. That is stated on the billing page inside the app as well.
Refunds and cancellations are covered in full in the refund and cancellation policy, which is written for a monthly software subscription and names the state whose law applies.

Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of the Studio plan, with every feature switched on. You are not asked for a card, and the trial does not turn into a paid plan on its own. The billing page shows the exact date it ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your catalog, stock history and monthly reports stay readable, and you can still sign in. Editing stops until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and nothing is charged.
How much does it cost after the trial?
Solo is $12 a month for one user and up to 300 products. Studio is $29 a month for up to 5 users and unlimited products, and it adds CSV export. Both are billed in US dollars, monthly.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Cancel from the billing page or by emailing support. You keep access to the end of the month you already paid for, and the plan does not renew. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial starts without one. A card is only needed if you decide to subscribe after the trial, and card payments are not switched on yet, so for now subscribing is arranged by email.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving up to Studio adds users and CSV export straight away. Moving down to Solo takes effect at the next month, so you keep what you paid for.
What if I need more than 5 users?
Email support with how many people you have and we will work it out with you. There is no fixed larger plan yet, and we would rather not invent one until you need it.
